Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : The Tenderer must possess i) Up to date valid Trade license ii) an up-to-date income tax clearance certificate from NBR iii) a Valid VAT registration certificate from NBR The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 05 years.The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works under public sector of at least ONE contract(s) of RCC Building Construction works (Civil + Sanitary + Internal Electrification) successfully completed within the last 05 years, each with a value of at least Tk. 12.00 lakh only.The required average annual construction turnover under public sector shall be greater than Tk 10.00 Lakh over the last 03 financial year-s .Payment certificates for contracts in progress/completed under the public sector must be submitted along with tender supporting annual average construction turnover.The minimum amount of liquid assets next to other confidential commitments of the successful Tenderer shall be Tk. 5.00 Lakh. The letter of commitment for Bank-s Undertaking for line of credit is to be issued from the concerned Bank in between the publication date and the submission date of this tender in the format as specified (Form PW2A-8).The minimum capacity shall be: Tk 12.00 Lakh
