  Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
  Eligibility of Tenderer : The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be five (5) years.2. The minimum specific experience construction works as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least one (1) contract(s) of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed in Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh within the last Five (5) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 360.00 (Three Hundred Sixty) lakh.3.The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 900.00 (Nine Hundred) Lakh over the best three (3) years in the last five (5) years.4. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 250.00 (Two Hundred fifty) Lakh5. Bank Statement must be within Publishing date to closing date of Tender or Credit facility must be in PW3-7 form otherwise the Tender would be considered as Non-Responsive.6. Tenderers not fulfilling the requirements as stated in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS) will be treated as non responsive.7.It can be noted that submission of any fake/false document and /or false information will result in the submitted tender as 'Non-Responsive' and steps will be taken against the concerned tenderer according to PPA, 2006 and PPR 2008 (last amendment)
