  Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 1.The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in theconstruction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or ManagementContractor shall be Three (3) years.2. The minimum specific experience construction works as a Prime Contractoror Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at leastone (1) contract(s) of similar nature, complexity and methods/constructiontechnology successfully completed in Government/ Semi-Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh within the last Five (5) years, eachwith a value of at least Tk. 300.00 (Three Hundred ) lakh.3.The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk375.00 (three Hundred seventy five) Lakh over the best three (3) years in the lastfive (5) years.4.
