Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : .The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be Three (3) years.2. The minimum specific experience construction works as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least one (1) contract(s) of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed in Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh within the last Five (5) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 300.00 (Three Hundred ) lakh.3.The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 550.00 (Five Hundred Fifty) Lakh over the best three (3) years in the last five (5) years.4. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 250.00 (Two Hundred fifty) Lakh5. Bank Statement must be within Publishing date to closing date of Tender or Credit facility must be in PW3-7 form otherwise the Tender would be considered as Non-Responsive.6.
