• Project Name : Capacity Building for Existing 64 Technical School & College(TSC)
  Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : i. General Experience 5 Years and The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the Construction/Internal Road works as Prime Contractor shall be 05 (Five) years [years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper].ii) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in Construction/Internal Road works of at least 01 (one) contract of similar nature and methods technology successfully completed within the last 05 (five) years, within a value of at least Tk. 22.00 (Twenty Two Lakhs) [ years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper].iii. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 22.00 (Twenty Two Lakhs) Over the best [3] years in the last [5] financial years. The minimum amounts of Liquid Assets i.e working capital or credit facilities of the tendered shall be BDT 20.00 (Twenty) Lakh only. In case of bank statement submitted by the tenderer shall instruct to the conceded bank authority to supply latest balance & statement as required by the Procuring Entity (PE) even at the period of evaluation.v.
