Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. The contractor or sub-contractor, whose contract or work order is cancelled/ terminated in last 3(three) years by Power Grid due to failure of work completion, will not be eligible in this tender.2. The Tenderer shall submit with its Tender the following documents: 2.1. Ownership documents 2.2. Valid ABC electrical License 2.3. Updated Trade License 2.4. Updated TIN and Tax Certificate 2.5. Updated BIN 2.6. The bidder must have to submit experience certificate of Bay extension work at 132 kV or higher voltage level including installation, testing & commissioning of Equipments with a value of at least BDT 1.0 crore in a single contact within last 05 years as Prime Contractor or Sub- Contractor. 2.7. Bank solvency or credit line of BDT 1.5 crore. 2.8. Evidence of Annual Construction Turnover of BDT 2.0 crore over Last 03 years. 2.9. Manpower list as per specified in ITT Clause No. 17.1 2.10. Testing & other equipment list as per specified in ITT Clause No. 18.1 2.11. Manufacturer-s authorization of 33kV Circuit breaker, control cable and Clamp & connectors. 2.12. Signed GTP of 33kV Circuit breaker and control cable. 2.13. During execution period of contract, (A) the bidder must submit design drawing and GTP of supplied items; and (B) drawings of Substation lay out plan (Plan view as built drawing & section view), Earthing lay out plan, Protection SLD, Cable schedule, clamp connector, AC DB & DC DB SLD, Gantry structure & Beam modification drawings etc. As required for approval from Design department of Power Grid.
