Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : As Per TDS & TDSN.B.1. The latest income tax and VAT orders issued by the government from time to time will be followed in paying bills.2. Bills will be issued subject to the receipt of funds from the appropriate authorities. Any delay in the receipt of funds will result in a corresponding delay in the payment of bills; however, the work must continue without interruption.3. The Tenderer must submit a Valid and updated TIN Certificate, VAT Certificate, and Trade License.4. Some BoQ items may increase or decrease during implementation based on the final design.5. The existing drinking water contains chloride concentrations of 1500 mg/L, 1340 mg/L, and 1489 mg/L. The tender was called to treat this water to bring the chloride level within the permissible drinking limit by reducing the chloride concentration. The bill will not be paid without a satisfactory laboratory test report.
