Eligibility of Tenderer : • The Tenderer shall have valid and up-to-date trade license.• The Tenderer shall have valid and up-to-date income tax certificate with TIN number.• The Tenderer shall have valid and up-to-date VAT certificate with BIN number.• The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the gas pipeline construction/ Maintenance/ Rehabilitation works shall be 10 (Ten) years.• The Tenderer having current and valid enlistment certificate under category 1.3/1.4 of any company of Petrobangla and have minimum experience of construction of gas pipeline (150 psig or above pressure) or Pipeline maintenance and rehabilitation works of at least 1(One) contract with in the last 5 (Five) years with a value of at least BDT. 1,10,00,000/- (One Crore Ten Lakh).• The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than BDT. 61,00,000/- (Sixty One Lakh) of best 5(Five) years over the last 10 Years.• The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or unconditional credit line of the Tenderer shall be BDT. 50,00,000/- (Fifty Lakh). (3+ Months)• The minimum tender capacity shall be: BDT. 1,45,00,000/- (One Crore Forty Five Lakh).
