Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : The Tenderer shall have valid and up-to-date trade license.The Tenderer shall have valid and up-to-date income tax certificate with TIN number.The Tenderer shall have valid and up-to-date VAT certificate with BIN number.The Tenderer shall have up-to-date enlistment certificate under both category 1.3 and 1.4 of any company of Petrobangla.The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the gas pipeline construction/ Maintenance/ Rehabilitation works shall be 12 (Twelve) years.The Tenderer shall have experience of construction/maintenance/rehabilitation of gas pipeline with minimum 140 psig pressure of multiple contracts [minimum contract value each is 30,00,000/- (Thirty Lakh)] within the last 10 (Ten) years with a value of at least BDT. 1,50,00,000/- (One Crore Fifty Lakh).The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than BDT. 1,00,00,000/- (One Crore) of best 5(Five) years over the last 10 Years.The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or unconditional credit line of the Tenderer shall be BDT. 75,00,000/- (Seventy Five Lakh).The minimum tender capacity shall be: BDT. 2,10,00,000/- (Two Crore Ten Lakh).The Tender Validity period shall be 90 (Ninety) days.
