  Eligibility of Tenderer : Valid and Up-to-dateTrade License.Valid and Up-to-date VAT paid with 13-digit Registration Certificate. Valid and Up-to-date Income Tax paid Certificate.The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the gas pipeline construction/ Maintenance/ Rehabilitation works shall be 15 (Fifteen) years.The Tenderer having up-to-date enlistment certificate under category 1.3/1.4 of any company of Petrobangla. The Tenderer having experience of construction/maintenance/rehabilitation of gas pipeline minimum 140 psig pressure of multiple contracts [minimum contract value each is 30,00,000/- (Thirty Lakh)] with in the last 10 (Ten) years with a value of at least BDT. 1,20,00,000/- (One Crore Twenty Lakh). The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than BDT. 61,00,000/- (Sixty One Lakh) of best 5(Five) years over the last 10 Years.The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or unconditional credit line of the Tenderer shall be BDT. 50,00,000/- (Fifty Lakh). [Must be provides in form of letter of commitment of Banks undertaking for line of credit (Form PG2-5) in original form of BDT. 50,00,000/- (Fifty Lakh) or account Balance (stated in Bank statement for liquid asset) bank statement must issue within on or after publication of tender notice].The minimum tender capacity shall be: BDT. 1,45,00,000/- (One Crore Forty Five Lakh).
