  Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
  Eligibility of Tenderer : a) The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the civil construction works as a Contractor shall be 03 (Three) years counting backward from the date of publication of tender notice.b) The minimum specific experience as a Contractor in construction works of at least 01 (one) contract(s) of similar nature of civil construction works successfully completed within the last 05 (five) calendar years, counting backward from the date of publication of tender notice, each with a contract value of at least BDT 22.0 (twenty two point zero) Lacs. The Experience must be supported by Performance Certificate (Along with copy of NOA & Agreement of Contract Signing) of those satisfactory completed supply from Govt./Semi- Govt./Autonomous Organization.NB: The Satisfactory Performance certificate of similar nature of civil construction works should be in End User's letterhead Pad. Certificate(s) those are not in Bangla/English must be notarized on translated English version. The Bidder must submit the attested copy of Performance certificate (Supported By NOA & Agreement of Contract Signing) Otherwise that Performance Certificate will not be Considered.If any tenderer unable to fulfill the above listed criteria, will be non-responsive for this tender.c)As per Tender Data Sheet.
