Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : A. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor shall be (05) Five years; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT.B. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in Construction works of at Least (1) One contract(s) of similar nature of Building Construction Works (Any Govt./ Semi Govt. or any other department) of Bangladesh successfully completed within the last (05) Five years in a single work order of minimum value at least Tk. 250.00 lakh at least[1(one)] of contract(s) in a single work order.C. The required average annual construction turnover must be Tk. 250.00 Lakh or more during the last (05) Five years (Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT).D. The minimum amount of working capital or credit facilities as per ITT Clause 16 of TDS of the tenderer shall be amount in Tk.200.00 lakh only in the form of PW3-7. Bank statement period should be counting 28 (Twenty-eight) days before submission of tender to be attached in case of credit facilities.E. According to Letter No-03.074.039.16.00.004.2018-377 dt: 30/08/2018 from Office of The Prime Minister; The contractor who has not completed his/her work/works withinschedule stipulated time by ensuring the quality without any acceptable reason, will not to be considered as a qualified tenderer for this tender notice.F. The tenderer must have to submit up to Date Trade License, VAT Registration certificate and Income Tax Clearance Certificate.G. All other Criterion laid down in the TDS and PCC must be satisfied.
