Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : (a) General Experience: Reputed Contactors/ Construction firms having general experience in construction works for minimum 05 (Five) year's.(b) Specific Experience : i) Must have successful completion of at least 1(one) number similar nature works i.e. Pre fabricated steel structure work of Government / semi Government / Autonomous Organization/ Private Organization in Bangladesh during last 05 (Five) years minimum amounting TK 3.75 Crore (Three Crore Seventy Five lac) , in a single contract. (ii) Last 05 (Five) years will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.(c) The Tenderers average annual construction turn over shall be greater than amounting TK. 7.00 Crore (Seven Crore), This must be supported by total certified payment received for contracts in progress work completed under public sector during last 05 (Five) years.(d) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be amounting TK 1.40 Crore (One Crore Forty Lakh) , Document (Original Copy Only) submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender in a prescribed form for this purpose (Form PW3-7).(e) Tenders having quoted the offer in percentage is more than 10 (Ten) percent above or below the official cost estimated of the proposed works,shall be rejected. If the quoted price is same among the tenderers then evaluation process is maintained according to the ITT Clause 44.2.(f) Up to date Terms & Conditions as stated in PPR 2008 and PPA 2006 will be followed.(g) The minimum Tender capacity shall be: TK. 4.00 Crore (Four Crore)(h) Must have updated Trade license, Vat, TIN certificatei) Heavy scaffolding for Minimum 2000 Sq. Meter is required
