Eligibility of Tenderer : As specified in the TDS.Special Note: In addition to this Package CSAWM-WDB-EZ-WD-05/Lot-2, the PE is also concurrently carrying out separate procurement processes and inviting tender for the Package CSAWM-WDB-EZ-WD-05/Lot-3.Evaluation of the above packages (Lot-2 & Lot-3) will be carried out simultaneously. In all the cases, the contract will be awarded to the Tenderer or Tenderers with the evaluated lowest price for the individual Packages (Lot-2 & Lot-3).However, if a Tenderer submits Tenders for both individual Package (Lot -2 and Lot-3) and all Tenders are determined to be substantially responsive and evaluated lowest but the Tenderer does not meet the cumulative qualification requirements of those two Packages (Lot-2 & Lot-3) as specified in the respective Tender documents of those two Packages (Lot-2 & Lot-3), then the award will be made based on the evaluated individual lowest price for individual Package (Lot)/Most Advantageous Tender for which Tenderers are qualified.
