Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : a) Tenderer shall have minimum 05(five) years of general experience in building Construction works (time will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in e-GP system)b) Tenderer shall have experience in successfully completion of at least 01(one) number 03 (Three) storied Building with 03(Three) storied foundation including civil, sanitary, electrical works worth not less than Tk.1100.00 (One Thousand one Hundred) lakh only in a single work order in Government / Semi- Government/ Autonomous Bodies/ Organization of Bangladesh during last 05(five) years.c) The required average annual construction turn over must be greater than Tk.1800.00 (Eighteen hundred) Lakh only during last 05(five) years. Payment certificates of works contract in progress or completed under public sector must be submitted along with tender in support of average annual construction turnover.In case of work completion certificate must be mention the breakdown of the year wise payment received againts the total payment.d) Having minimum liquid asset amounting Tk.500.00 (Five Hundred) Lakh only. Supporting documents are to be submitted with the tender. Credit Commitment issued by any scheduled bank should be fully unconditional as per (Form PW3-7) attached with the tender document. Any deviation of this form will result the tender non-responsive.e) The tenderer must have updated VAT, IT, Trade License, ABC category Electrical license & supervisory license.All other conditions must be fullfilled as per STDf) The minimum Tender Capacity shall be Tk.1200.00 (One Thousand Two Hundred) Lakh Only. In case of JV tender capacity required for leading and other partners shall be as described in TDS.
