Project Name : Construction of administrative and barracks buildings of Bangladesh Police stations in various places of the country
Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : This Invitation for Tender is open to all Elligible Tenderers as Mentioned below:1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Sub-contractor or Management Contractor shall be 5 (five) years, with years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP Portal.2. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Sub-contractor or Management Contractor in construction works must be at least one contract of 3-storied RCC Building with 4-storied Foundation of similar nature successfully completed within the last 5 (five) years with a value of at least Tk. 650.00 (six hundred & fifty) lakh, with years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP Portal.3. The required average annual construciton turnover shall be greater than Tk. 1000.00 (one thousand) lakh over the last 5 (five) years, with years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP Portal.4. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 300.00 (three hundred) lakh.
