Project Name : Smallholder Agricultural Competitiveness Project (SACP)-BADC Part
Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : Reputed Contractors who have minimum 5 (Five) years of general experience in construction works having a satisfactory completion of similar nature of work as specific experience i.e Construction of On Farm Water Management structure (Medium size vent Regulator/Foot Bridge/ Foot over Bridge/ Cattle Crossing/ Box Culvert/ Pipe Culvert etc) of value Tk 16.00 (Sixteen) lakhs under a single contract within the last 5 (Five) years are eligible for this tender.The minimum amount of Liquid asset shall be Tk.15.00 (Fifteen). Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender.The tenderer shall have minimum average annual construction Turnover of Tk. 35.00 (Thirty Five) lakhs during the last 5 years;Other required eligibility and conditions of the Tender are shown in Tender Data Sheet (TDS) of tender documents.The bidders can either bid for one lot/tender or more in the same package (WD8-OFWMS) and could be awarded more than one lot/tender if they satisfy the aggregate qualification criteria. Maximum number of lots/tenders awarded to the same lowest responsive bidder is limited to Two.
