Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : Tender must meet the following qualifying and other eligibility criteria stated in the Tender Documents. Also must be submitted all Certificates/Documents for proving the information-s. 1. General experience of not less than 5 (Five) Years.2. Required minimum number of similar contracts completed during last 5 (Five) years :(a) Successfully completion of Similar Works amounting of Taka at least 60.00 (Sixty point zero zero) Lac in a single work order/NOA of any Govt., Semi-govt. or Autonomous organization during the last 5 (Five) years.(b) Successfully completion at least 2 Nos ETP plant amounting minimum Tk. 50.00 (Fifty point zero zero) lac in a single work order or more (total 2 Nos ETP works which total value minimum 50.00 (Fifty point zero zero) lac) of any Govt., Semi-govt. or Autonomous organization during the last 5 (Five) years.3. The minimum amount of free funds (liquid assets) and/or available credit facilities net of other contractual commitments shall be Tk. 50 (Fifty) Lac (Certificate for proving available liquid assets must be issued within 28 (twenty eight) days from the date of tender submission).4. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 80.00 (Eighty Point Zero Zero) lac over the best 3 (three) years in the last 5 (Five) years.5. The minimum tender capacity shall be Tk 75.00 (Seventy Five) Lac.6. The tenderer must also have current year (up date) Trade License, Income Tax clearance certificate and VAT Registration certificate.7. All others as stated in the tender documents8. Khulna University authority reserve right for not awarding this work to any on-going contractor of this University.9. Abnormal/ intentional rate-quoting of any or more items may cause of rejection of the tenderer.
