Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : Tenderers having the following documents,1. Upto date Trade license2. Valid VAT Registration Certificate3. Up to date VAT honour card4. Latest Tax Acknowledgement Certificate5. BIN Certificate6. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 5 (Five) years. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.7. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least 2 contract(s) of Construction of 450mm X 200mm diameter Gravel Packed Deep Tube Well up to a depth of 200m by Reverse Circulation method within any place of Bangladesh successfully completed within the last 3 (Three) years or best 3 (three) years in the last 5 (five) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 2,00,00,000.00 (Two Crore Taka Only). Years counting backward from the date of publication of the tender. If the firm as a primary contractor has sole ownership of rig and all the relevant equipments for the construction work, specific experience criteria may be relaxed.8. Any other Conditions specified in TDS and PCC.
