  Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. Reputed Contractors/Construction firms who have minimum 5 (Five) years ofgeneral experience in construction works having a satisfactory completion ofsimilar nature of work as specific experience i.e construction of buried pipe linefor irrigation purpose or Water Logging/Drainage pipeline at least minimumvalue of Tk. 9.0 (Nine) Lakhs in a single contract completed over the last 05(Five) years;2. The minimum amount of free fund (Liquid asset) or working capital or creditfacilities of the tenderer shall be Tk. 7.00 (Seven) lakhs. Document submittedalong with the tender must be issued after the Publication date of the tender;3. The tenderer shall have minimum average annual construction Turnover of Tk.7.00 (Seven) lakhs during the last 5 years;4. The Tenderer must enclose up-to-date Trade license, income Tax clearancecertificate, valid VAT registration certificate along with the Tender;5.Other required eligibility and conditions of the Tender are shown in TenderData Sheet (TDS) of tender documents;6.The work of the packages may be totally dropped, decrease or increase asper field condition/ design/ budget allocation for which no claim shall be entertained;7.
