  Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. Tenderer must have 3 (Three) years of general experience in the construction works as Prime Contractor.2. Tenderer must have 3 (Three) years (years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP system) of specific experience of satisfactory completion of single contracts for the construction of (400mm or above dia.) uPVC Buried Pipe Line for irrigation or mitigation of water logging purposes.3. The contract valuation must be minimum 10 (Ten) Lac in a single contracts in any Govt./semi Govt./Autonomous organization which have been completed following the PPR-2008 and have the tender ID with work order.4. Certificate of similar works from institution without following the PPR-2008 and which have not tender ID with work order will not be accepted.5. Tenderer must have financial solvency amounting minimum Tk. 10 (Ten) Lac. Financial solvency/Credit facility Certificate from a nationalize bank of Bangladesh must be submitted according to attached format (Form PW2a-3) with the tender. Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender.6. Tenderer must have update Trade License, Income Tax clearance Certificate, TIN and VAT registration certificate.7.
