Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : (a)The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor shall be five (5) years.(b)The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in construction works of at least one (1) contract(s) of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed in Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh within the last five (5) years, with a value of at least Tk. 40.00 Lacs (Forty) only.(c)The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 70.00 (Seventy) Lacs over the last five (5) years. A summary sheet of last five years Turnover to be submitted with all supporting documents.(d) The minimum amount of liquid assets or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 40.00 (Forty) Lacs only.Certificate of unconditional Liquid Asset must be submitted in prescribed form i.e. in PW3-7 form published by CPTU.(e) The minimum tender capacity shall be Tk. 44.00 Lacs (Forty four lacs).
