Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 5 years; Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.b) The specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of similar nature, complexity method & technology: Shall have successfully completed works (works include civil construction with supply, installation and commissioning of electro-mechanical machineries/equipment) of minimum value Tk. 700.00 Lakh in maximum 2 contracts within last 5 years in Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous bodies where supply, installation and commissioning of electro-mechanical machineries/equipment shall be of minimum Tk. 200.00 Lakh (The year counting from the date of Publication of Invitation of Tenders in the News Paper).Work completion certificates should be issued by competent authority in the CPTU prescribed format mentioning the amount separately for civil construction and supply, installation and commissioning of electro-mechanical machineries/equipment. Documentary evidence shall be provided.c) The required average annual construction turnover under public sector shall be minimum Tk. 900.00 lakh (Nine crore) over the best Three (03) years of last Five (05) years. As this is a composite work of building construction with machineries installation, so maximum Tk 300.00 lakh (Three crore) of machineries supply related turnover will be considered for required turnover calculation.d) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 240.00 Lakh (Two Crore Forty Lakhe )The minimum capacity shall be: 700.00 Lakh BDT
