Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : This Invitation for Tender is Open to all Tenderers with Qualifications as Mentioned Below:(A) Minimum Number of Years of General Experience in Construction Works Shall be 05 years.(B) (i) Minimum specific experience as a Contractor in successful completion of at least 1 number of similar nature of Deep Tube well works of Tk 7.50 Lakh in a single contract in Government/Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 05 years.(ii) The Work Done Under PWD, The Certifying & Authenticating Authority shall be the Concerned Executive Engineer.(iii) The Work Done Other than PWD, The Certifying & Authenticating Authority shall be an Officer not Below the Rank of Executive Engineer and the same Duly Verified by the Concerned Executive Engineer of PWD of that District(C) Tenderer shall have a Minimum Average Annual Construction Turnover of Tk. 22.00 Lakh in public sector during Last 5 Financial years, estimated from the publishing date of IFT. Related Payment Certificates Must be Submitted along with Tender.(D) Tenderer must have a Minimum Liquid Assets/Credit facilities/Credit Line Tk. 12.0 Lakh (Must be Issued Within 28 Days up to The Last Date of Lodgment of The Tender and must be followed by the appropriate format (PW2a-3)).(E) Minimum Tender Capacity must be Tk. 9.00 lakh. Relevant documents in support of the tender capacity must be submit with the tender:(F) Tenderer Must submit with the tender:(i) Uptodate Income Tax Clearance Certificate,(ii)Trade License(iii) Valid VAT Registration Certificate.Other Notable Terms are pointed out at TDS, PCC, ITT & GCC.
