  Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : This Invitation for Tender is Open to all Qualified Tenderers as Mentioned Below:a) Manufacturer Authorization/Dealership/Agencyship Certificate (Form e-PG3-6).b) The Minimum Number of Years of General Experience of The Tenderer in Supply of Goods of Similar Items Shall be 5 years.c) The minimum specific experience as supplier in supply of Generator and related services of at least 01 contract successfully completed within the last 05 (Five) years with a value of at least Tk. 18.00 Lakh for each lot under any Govt./Semi-Govt. /Autonomous body/Private Organization in Bangladesh.(i) The Work Done Under PWD, The Certifying & Authenticating Authority shall be the Concerned Executive Engineer.(ii) The Work Done Other than PWD, The Certifying & Authenticating Authority shall be an Officer not below the Rank of Executive.d) The Tenderer must have a Minimum Liquid Assets/Cash flow capacity/Credit facilities/Credit Line Tk.22.00 Lakh Only and Must be Certified Within 28 Days up to The Last Date of Lodgment of The Tender.e) Valid Trade Licensef) Up to date income tax clearance certificateg) Valid VAT Registration certificateh) Updated ABC Category Contractorship and Supervisory License from Electricity Licensing Board of Bangladesh.i) All other required qualifications, special terms & conditions of the tender are shown in the ITT, GCC & Tender data Sheet (TDS) & Tender documents.j) The Successful bidder shall Maintain & Service the installed Generator as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge for 01 (One) year after Successful Commissioning of the Generator with free of cost.
