The tenderer must be submitted Income Tax Certificate (up-to-date)3. The tenderer must be submitted VAT Registration Certificate (up-to-date)4. The tenderer must have a minimum liquid assets/credit facilities not be less than Tk.15 (Fifteen) lac Certificate within 30 days from the date of receiving the tender.5. The tenderer must have a minimum average annual turnover of Tk.15 (Fifteen) lac over a period of last 5(five) years.6. The tenderer must be submitted 1st class Contractory Licence in any govt./semi govt./autonomous organization (up-to-date).7.
