Eligibility of Tenderer : All tenderers in Bangladesh registered in National e-GP System, who fulfills the qualificationcriteria as specified in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS) of the Tender Document.* '' Small Piped Water Supply Schemes will be implemented by theselection of DBO (Design-Build-Operate) Firm/ Contractor.''Etigibility criteria for the selection of DBO contractors:a) Construction CompanylNlGO/Social Enterprise/Joint Venture of Construction'Companywith Social Enterprise /I'{GOs.b) Must have specific experience in the construction of Tube welU Production well/ OverheadWater Tank (OHTy Water Treatment PlantlPiped Water Supply Scheme.c) Must have experience in operation & maintenance of water infrastructures/ piped watersupply schemes.d) Financial solvency to invest in capital expenditure or operational expenditure.'' The contract awarded DBO Firm/Contractor will be fullyresponsible for ensuring sustainable Operation & Maintenance (O&M) for initial 05 (Iive)years after successful completion of the scheme. For this purpose' a tripartite contractagreement has to be furnished along with submission of a security bond amounting to 05o/o ofthe contract value of the scheme in the form of a Pay Order/ Bank Guarantee in favor of therelevant Executive Engineer before submission of the final bill which will be released aftersuccessful Operation & Maintenance (O&M) of the initial 05 (five) years"'' lt is mandatory for all interested bidders/ Representatives along withJV partners/ Representatives to participate in the Pre-tender meeting through the e-GPsystem to have a better understanding of the implementation modality of the scheme"N.B. QUOTED RATE SHOULD BE JUSTIFIED.
