Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : 1) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in construction works as Prime Contractor shall be Three (03) years within the last five (05) years.2) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in construction work is at least one (01) contract (s) of similar nature of complexity and construction technology, successfully completed within the last five (05) years, value of at least Tk 90.00 Lac in a single work order in Govt/ Semi govt./ Autonomous organization of Bangladesh in a single structure (Only Work Completion Certificate will be acceptable). Ongoing or incomplete work will not be acceptable.3) Minimum annual average construction turnover in the last 05(Five) years is Tk. 80.00 Lac . For turnover, Only Payment certificates/e-Certificates will be counted.4) The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be Tk 80.00 Lac Credit line facilities, a specific format by PW2b-3 form to be used by the bank without altering/ modifying any word/ sentence and adding any condition. The issue date of documents should be after the publication date of IFT in eGP portal.5) Tenderer must submit i) Up to date Trade license ii) Valid VAT registration certificate iii) Valid Upto Date Tax Paying certificate iv) NID Card.6) The Minimum Tender Capacity should be not less than 80.0 Lac Taka.7) The work of the package may be totally dropped, decreased or increased as per field condition/design/administrative approval/budget allocation for which no claim will be entertained for cancellation of the tender/Issuance of work order. Bill is subjected to getting funds from GOB.
