Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 8 years.2. A satisfactory completion of "Civil Construction Works including Steel Structure" at least Tk 3,00,00,000.00 (Three Crore) only under one contract as a prime contractor over a period of last Five years shall be required under any government, semi-government or autonomous institution (years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System).3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be at least Tk. 4,20,00,000.00 (Four Crore Twenty Lac) of best three (3) years in the last five (5) years under any government, semi-government or autonomous institution (years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System).4. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 1,10,00,000.00 (One Crore Ten Lac). 5. The minimum capacity shall be Tk. 3,20,00,000.00 (Taka Three Crore Twenty Lac) only.6. Other necessary rerquirement have been mentioned in TDS.
