Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. General Experience: The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 5 (Five) years under any government, semi-government or government autonomous institution (years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System). 2. Specific Experience: Satisfactory completion of "Civil Construction Works including Steel Structure" of at least Tk 2,30,00,000.00 (Two Crore Thirty Lakh) only under one contracts as a prime contractor/ subcontractor over a period of 6 (six) years shall be required under any government, semi-government or government autonomous institution (years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System). In case of Subcontractor, completion certificate of "Civil Construction Works including Steel Structure" shall be issued from end user. 3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be at least Tk 3,00,00,000.00 (Three Crore) of best 3 (three) years in the last 6 (Six) financial years under any government, semi-government or government autonomous institution. 4. The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk 1,15,00,000.00 (One Crore Fifteen Lakh). 5.
