Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works under public sector of at least [ONE] contract(s) of identical / civil construction works successfully completed within the last [05 (Five)] years, with a value of at least [Tk.27,00,000.00 (TWENTY SEVEN LAC)]. [Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper / e-GP portal].The required average annual construction turnover under public sector shall be greater than [Tk.33,00,000.00 (THIRTY THREE LAC)] over the last [05 (Five)] financial years. [In support of calculating average annual construction turnover, certified payments for contracts in progress or completed during last 5 (five) years will be taken into account].The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be [Tk. 18,00,000.00 (EIGHTEEN LAC)].Other eligibility as specified on TDS.
