  Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : All e-GP registered potential tenderers are eligible to submit tender provided may fulfilled the criteria in respect of legal, technical & financial are describe in the TDS (Tender Data Sheet) of tender document.(1) A satisfactory completion of similar work (Construction of Boundary Wall) for an amount of minimum Tk. 23.00 Lac (Twenty Three Lac BDT only) under a single of contract over a period of 5 (five) years shall be required. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the Website(2) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than TK 90.00 Lac (Ninety Lac BDT) over the best three (3) years in the last five (5) years.Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in e-GP portal ( see details in Tender Documents)(3) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities and bank statement of the Tenderer shall be Tk 34.00 (Thirty Four Lac BDT only) before tender closing date.(4) The minimum capacity shall be: Twenty Eight Lac Tk. Only (28,00,000 tk only)(5) In liquid Asset Certificate & submitted update authorized letter must mentioned this tender ID and / or the name of work. Otherwise the tenderer will be considered as non-responsive.(6) If any tenderer's quoted amount (Grand Total) which is deviated more than 5% of the estimated cost showed in APP, then he/she must submit the rate analysis of all items.(7) Documents regarding annual construction turnover must be submitted in the form of year-wise payment certificate from the respective PEs or from the income Tax office .(8) Necessary informations are described in TDS
