Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor shall be 03 (Three) years.2. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works under public sector of at least 01 (One) contract(s) of similar nature including civil construction, finishing, sanitary, Electrical and other related necessary works successfully completed within the last 5 (Five) years, each with a value of at least TK. 15,00,000/- (Fifteen Lakh).3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than TK.25,00,000/-(Twenty Five Lakh) over the last 05 (Five) years.4. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. only Credit line(s) of the Tenderers shall be Tk.20,00,000/- (Twenty Lakh ).5. Up to date Valid Trade Licenses as a civil Construction contractor.6. Proper VAT Registrations Certificate as a Construction Firm.7. Up to date contractors License from PWD or any other GoB organization and Up to date Income tax clearance Certificate.8. Satisfactory other criteria laid down in the tender data sheet and additional terms and conditions of the tender documents
