Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : This invitation for Tender is open to all eligible Tenderers as mentioned below:1. The Tenderers must have minimum 05(Five) years of general experience of construction works.2. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in construction works under public sector of at least 1 single contract of Boundary wall work successfully completed within the last 5 years, each with a value of at least Tk. 20(Twenty) lac.years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper3. The required average annual construction turnover under public sector shall be greater than Tk 30(Thirty) lac over the last 5(Five) financial years.4. The Tenderer must have a minimum liquid assets/credit facilities (in the PW2a-8 Form Published by BPPA) of 15 (Fifteen) Lac5. The minimum capacity shall be: 20(Twenty) lac.6. The Tenderer must enclose VAT registration certificate, up-to-date income tax clearance certificate, up to-date trade license, & return slip of Assessment year mentioned in TDS.7. VAT shall be deducted from the contractor's bill using the current NBR rate.8. All other conditions as mentioned in TDS & PCC of e-tender document must be fulfilled.
