• Project Name : Repair/Renovation of Govt. Educational Institutions
  Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor shall be (05) Five years; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT.(work order must be submitted)b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in Construction works of at Least (1) One contract(s) of similar nature of minimum Site Development Works from Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh successfully completed within the last (05) Five years in a single work order of minimum value at least Tk. 25.00 lakh.c) The required average annual construction turnover must be Tk. 20.00 Lakh (20.00x5= 100.00 lac) or more during the last (05) Five years (Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT) ( Goods Payment will not be count of turnover.)d) The minimum amount of Liquid Assets i.e working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be BDT. 25.00 Lakh only. Date will be counted between the date of publication of Tender notice & date of Tender submission. Liquid asset certificate must be submitted from schedule bank as per CPTU prescribed form. Certificate containing multiple Tender ID will be not acceptable & Bank statement will be allowed when as per CPTU prescribed Rules.[Otherwise not acceptable]e) Essential Equipment : Digital Survey Machines & Equipment....
