Project Name : Construction of Residential Flats for Government Officers/Staffs at 36-Abandoned House in Chittagong.
Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : (a) General experience: Reputed Contactors/ Construction firms having general experience in construction works for minimum 05 (Five) year's.(b) Specific Experience:Must have successful completion of at least 1(one) number of work having same nature and complexity including STP installation under any Government / semi Government / Autonomous Organization in Bangladesh during last 05 (Five) years minimum amounting TK 240.00 (Two Hundred Forty) Lac, in a single contract.(c) The Tenderers average annual construction turn over shall be greater than amounting TK. 500.00 (Five Hundred) Lac, This must be supported by total certified payment received for contracts in progress work completed under public sector during last 05 (Five) years(d) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be amounting TK 150.00 (One Hundred Fifty) Lac, Document (Original Copy Only) submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender in a prescribed form for this purpose (Form PW3-7).(e) The minimum Tender capacity shall be: TK 250.00 (Two Hundred Fifty) Lac.(f) Any other eligibilities mentioned in TDS.
