  Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 1) The minimum specific experience as a prime contractor : A satisfactory completion of similar works i.e. boundary wall construction works/retaining wall construction works/building construction works of Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous organization at least Tk. 17,00,000.00 (Seventeen Lakh) under a single (One) contract over a period of last 05 (Five) years shall be required. Years counting backward from the date of publication IFT.2) The minimum average annual construction turnover is Tk. 24,00,000.00 (Twenty Four Lakh) over the best 3 (three) years in the last 5 (five) years. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.3) The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk. 12,00,000.00(Twelve Lakh).4) The minimum capacity shall be Tk. 20,00,000.00(Twenty Lakh).5) All interested contractors must be visit the construction site of the Thakurgaon PBS HQ Complex & submit "Declaration of Site Visit" on their letter head pad.
