Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. Only PE Office, BWDB, Dinajpur valid Enlisted Tenderer/Firms (Financial year 2024-2025) can participate in the Tender & Consider in the evaluation process.2. Tenderer should fulfil all criteria which are stated in TDS.3. Tenderer should submit their credit line facility/Liquid assets certificate according to attached format. Credit line facility certificate format is attached in section-7 in TDS. Without credit line facility/Liquid assets certificate according to attached format tender may declare as non-responsive.4. Tender Security shall be submitted in the form of DD/BD/Pay Order (MICR)/Bank Guarantee in favour of Assistant Director, Regional Accounting Center (RAC), BWDB, Thakurgaon.5. The work may be totally dropped, decreased or increased. No claim or the extra rate will be entertained for cancellation of the tender or issuance of work orders with decreased quantity of work.6. The Tenderers will visit and examine the Site with his own responsibility and expenses and obtain all information that may be necessary for preparing the Tender and enter into a Contract for performance of the works.7. Tenderers must submit all required documents mentioned in tender datasheet. Failing to comply with the requirements, the tender will be summarily rejected.8. Payment will be made after the availability of funds and approval of budgets. No claim in this regard will be entertained.9. Latest Govt. circulars on procurement of works will be applicable. The provisions laid down in PPR-2008, Bangladesh e-Government Procurement Guidelines and Standard Tender Documents (e-PW2(b) ) will be strictly compliance.10. After lottery Lowest responsive Tenderer will get award but not before post qualification.11. The authority reserves the right to accept or reject any/all tender(s) without showing any reason.
