Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. 07(Seven) years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as prime contractor.2. A satisfactorily completion of similar works of at least TK. 30,00,000.00 (Thirty Lakh) only under 02 (Two) number of contract(s) over a period of 05 (Five) years shall be required.3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than TK. 45,00,000.00 (Forty Five Lakh) only over the last 05 (Five) years.4. The minimum amount of liquid assets or workingt capital of the tenderer shall be: TK. 13,00,000.00 (Thirteen Lakh) only.5. The minimum capacity shall be: TK. 32,00,000.00 (Thirty Two Lakh) only.6. Due to the security affairs of the restricted residential area, the bidder must attach the list and identity(NID Card) of the skilled labours/workers/engineer who will be engaged in working place/completed the work satisfactorily.7. The bidder must certify for the necessary skilled the technical personel (engineer and others).8. No sub-contractor will be allowed.9. For low quality works or if the selected bidder fails to ensure quality regarding materials and fitting/fixing, performance security can be forfeited with the cancellation of the contract and will be black listed fof life long and the corporation will not be compelled to pay the bill.10.
