Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : 01. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor shall be 10 (Ten) years.02. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in Boundary wall, Box drain, Bituminous Road, RCC Road, Generator, Electrification and swimming pool related necessary works of at least 01 (One) contract(s) of similar nature successfully completed within the last 5 (five) years, each with a value of at least BDT. 4,00,00,000/- (Four crore) only under any govt., semi Govt. & Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh.03. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than BDT. 5,50,00,000/- (Five Crore Fifty Lakh) only over the last 5 (five) years vetted by NBR.04. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e credit line(s) of the Tenderers shall be BDT. 1,65,00,000/- (One Crore Sixty FIve Lakh) only.05. Valid Trade Licenses as a civil construction contractor and Up to date ABC License.06. Proper VAT Registrations Certificate as a Construction Firm.07. Up to date Special class enlisted contractors certificate from PWD or any other organization and Up to date Income tax clearance Certificate.08. There should be adequate (as specified in TDS) construction machinery/equipment, centering-shuttering and manpower including engineer capacity to execute the work on time, Which must be verified in the evaluation.09. Satisfactory other criteria laid down in the tender data sheet and additional terms and conditions of the tender documents.
