Project Name : Construction of Government Residential Flat and Dormitory Building at Abandoned House in Chittagong City.
Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : (a) General experience: Reputed Contactors/ Construction firms having general experience in construction works for minimum 05 (Five) year's.(b) Specific Experience:Must have successful completion of at least 1(one) number of work having same nature and complexity under any Government / semi Government / Autonomous Organization in Bangladesh during last 05 (Five) years minimum amounting TK 16.00 (Sixteen) Lac, in a single contract. Other than CPTU prescribed format, the experience certificate will not be accepted.(c) The Tenderers average annual construction turn over shall be greater than amounting TK. 30.00 (Thirty) Lac, This must be supported by total certified payment received for contracts in progress work completed under public sector during last 05 (Five) years.(d) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be amounting TK 15.00 (Fifteen) Lac, Document (Original Copy Only) submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender in a prescribed form for this purpose (Form PW2a-3).(e) The minimum Tender capacity shall be: TK 22.00 (Twenty two) Lac.(f) Any other eligibilities mentioned in TDS.
