The tenderer(s) must fulfill the following requirementsa) A minimum general construction experience of 5 (Five) years.b) A satisfactory completion of similar works of at least Tk. 1,00,00,000.00 (One Core only) under a single contract over a period of last five[5] years shall be required.c) The minimum capacity shall be: Tk. 1,50,00,000.00 (One core Fifty Lakh) Only.d) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 1,00,00,000.00 ( One Core) over the last five [5] years.e) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 1,00,00,000.00 ( One Core) between 09-01-2025 to 27-01-2025.2.
