Project Name : Vertical Extension of Institute of Epidemiology, Disease Control and Research (IEDCR) Building at Mohakhali, Dhaka.
Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : Eligibility of Tenderer:(a) General ExperienceReputed Contractors/ Construction Firms who have minimum 10 (Ten) years of general experience in Construction Works from the date of Publication of IFT in the eGP.(b) Specific ExperienceHaving Experience in successful completion of at least 01(one) number of RCC Building construction work of Tk. 300.00 (Three hundred) Lakh in a single contract in Government /Semi-Government / Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 05 (five) years.(c) Minimum Average Annual Construction Turn OverThe Tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turn over during last 05 (five) years of Tk. 600.00 (Six hundred) Lakh and others terms condition as per TDS.(d) Tender CapacityThe minimum amount of tender Capacity shall be Tk. 330.00 (Three hundred thirty) Lakh as per formula stated in TDS. (e) Liquid asset RequirementThe minimum amount of free fund (liquid asset) or working capital or credit facilities net of the tenderer shall be Tk. 225.00 (Two hundred twenty five) Lakh only and others terms condition as per TDS. Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender. Letter of Commitment for Bank's Undertaking for Line of Credit in the format as specified in form e-PW3-7 without any alteration.(f) All other qualification criteria will be as per TDS and ITT included in this tender.
