Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : This invitation for Tenders is open to all eligible Tenderers or JVCA (Max. no. ofpartners shall not be more than 3 (three))a) Reputed Firm/organization/authorized agent who have min. 05 (Five) years of general experience inconstruction worksb) Having experience in successful completion of at least 1 no. of similar construction Building work of amounting to Tk.230.00 Lakh only in a single contract in last 5 years.c) The Tenderer must process:i) Up to date valid Trade license, up to date income tax clearance certificate from NBR & Valid VATregistration certificate from NBRii) Up-to-date ABC category Contractor and Supervisory License from Electricity Licensing Board, Government of Bangladesh.d) The Tenderer shall have a minimum annual average construction turn over in the last 5 (five) years ofTk. 400.00 Lakh only. Necessary supporting documents (Detailed payment certificate) should be issued bynot below the rank of Executive Engineer of the concern department and shall be submitted with thetender.e) The minimum amount of liquid assets of the successful Tenderer shall be of Tk. 200.00 Lakh only to beissued in Letter of commitment for Bank-s Undertaking for line of credit in the format as specified (Forme-PW3-7)f) Tender capacity Tk. 300.00 Lakh only.g) All other terms and conditions are shown in the TDS of the Tender Documents.h) The tenderer have to complete the works within the approved DPP time-limit.
