Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : a) Experience of minimum 05 (Five) years (*) in the electro-mechanical works.b) Specific experience of successful tenderer of one or two contract of supply, installation, testing & commissioning of chiller-based HVAC System with/without VRF System having minimum value of 1200.00 (Twelve Hundred) Lac Taka in any Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous bodies/Private Organizations within last 05 (Five) years (years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT). Similar Nature Supply/Works Certificate issued by Executive Engineer of PWD or duly verified by Executive Engineer of PWD as per TDS. Otherwise the cerficate is not accepted or counted as non responsive.c) The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be minimum Tk.1300.00 (Thirteen Hundred) lac only. Letter of commitment for Banks Undertaking for line of credit should be in the format as specified in the standard tender documents (form PG3-8) without any alteration (PG3-8 form attached in section-6). Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender.d) Up to date valid Trade license.e) Up to date ABC/BC category Contractory & Electrical Supervisory license from Bangladesh Electrical Licensing Board.f) Up to date Income tax clearance certificate from NBR with TIN.g) Up to date VAT Registration certificate from NBR.h) Authorization letter from manufacturer for Chiller, AHU, FCU and VRF type Air cooler individually.i) Catalogue & Technical specifications of proposed Brand.j) Others qualification stated in TDS & PCC.k) PPA 2006 and PPR 2008 (with all Amendment) shall be followed.l) HVAC Specifications in Section-6 should be followedby Tenderer.* Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in eGP System.
