- Project Name : Construction of New Buildings for Anti-Corruption Divisional Office Khulna, Rangpur, Rajshahi, Barishal & Sylhet and Vertical Extension of Divisional Office Mymensingh.
Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : A) Reputed contractors/construction firms who have minimum 5 (five) years of general experience in Construction works.B) Having experience in successfully completion/execution of single contract with a value of not less than 1100.00 (one thousand and one hundred) lac with civil, sanitary and external electrification within last 5 (five) years in which supply and lift installation work must be included. And having tender capacity of Tk. 1150.00 (one thousand one hundred and fifty) Lac only and tender security of Tk 43.00 (fourty three) lac for 18.00 (eighteen) month of duration.C) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk [1500.00 (one thousand and five hundred) Lac] during the last [5(Five)] years. Payment certificates of works contract in progress or completed under public sector must be submitted along with tender in support of average annual construction turnover.D) The minimum amount of Liquid Assets i.e. working capital or credit Line(s) of the tenderer shall be Tk. 350.00 (three hundred and fifty) Lac supported by Bank certificate (Form PW3-7) which should be counted 28 (Twenty Eight) days before from the date of opening of tender.F) Up-to dated Trade License, Income Tax Clearance, VAT Registration Certificate and up-to dated ABC category contractory & supervisory license issued from Electrical Licensing Board, Government of Bangladesh.
