Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : 1.Tenderer must be competent in terms of legal, financial and technical qualifications as mentioned details in the TDS.2.The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 10(Ten) years.3.The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction of at least 1(one) contract of similar nature i.e. RCC Building Construction Works successfully completed within the last 5 years, each with a value of at least Tk 8.50 (Eight point Five Zero) Crore in a single work order/tender in Government/ Semi Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh in standard work completion format attached in eTD.4.The tenderer shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 5 (Five) years of Tk 10.00(Ten) Crore. Payment Certificate(s) must be submitted as evidence of turnover.5.The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) of the tenderer as mentioned in ePW3-7 shall be Tk 2.00(Two) Crore.6. The minimum Tender Capacity shall be Tk 10.50 (Ten point Five Zero) Crore.7.The Tenderer must submit with Tendera. Up-to-date Trade License, Income Tax Clearance Certificate, Valid VAT Registration Certificate, ABC Category Contractor License, Supervisory License issued from Electricity Licensing Board, GoB.b. The Tenderer must submit Certification of having steel shutter, props etc.c. Only submitted payment certificates will be considered for calculation of Average Annual Construction Turnover.d.
