Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : a) Reputed Contractors/Construction firms who have a minimum of 5 (five) years of general experience of tendering against construction work as a contractor.b) The minimum specific experience of at least 1 (one) contract of civil construction works successfully completed within last 5 (Five) years under Government/ Semi Government/ Autonomous Organization with a value at least TK.125 lakh (One hundred Twenty Five Lakh).c) The tenderer must submit: i) Up-to-date income tax clearance certificate. ii) Valid VAT registration certificate. iii) Up-to-date trade license. iv) Specific experience certificate. v) Updated ABC electrical license (own or agreement with other liscence holder on tk 300 nonjudicial stamp). vi) Bank solvency certificate.d) Other required eligibility and conditions of the tenderer are shown in the tender Datasheet of tender documents.e) Those Contractors who have been blacklisted by the Civil Engineering Department, TGTDPLC will not be able to submit tenders during the blacklist period.f) Tenderers having quoted the tender price more than 10 (Ten) percent above or below the official cost estimate, the tender will be rejected.g) The tenderer must submit all supporting NOA, completion certificate, contract documents, and other necessary papers as per ITT 17
