Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : Qualifications: Describe as tender document TDS & PCC(i) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works shall be 5 (five) years.(ii) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in construction works under public sector shall be at least 1 (one) contract of: Deep Tubewell and Water pump at least in a single contract successfully completed within the last 5 (Five) years with a value of at least Tk. =75,00,000.00 (Seventy five Lakh) only; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.(iii) Tenderer must submitted specific experience work completed certificate(s) issued by the relevant PE shall be furnished with e-GP Tender ID & NOA copy/Manual work order & payment certificates, otherwise Tenderer will be considered as Non-Responsive.(iv) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. =1,00,00,000.00 (One Crore) only over the last 05 years; the period may be best three (3) years in the last five (5) years.(v) TheThe minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. =45,00,000.00 (Forty Five Lakh) only.(vi) The minimum amount of Tender Capacity Tk. =85,00,000.00 (Eighty Five Lakh) only.Special Instruction:(i) Tenderer should have Updated Trade license, ABC license, VAT certificate with BIN, TIN, Income Tax clearance Certificate (2024-2025). otherwise Tenderer will be considered as Non-Responsive.
