Description:
Project Name : Construction of administrative and barracks buildings of Bangladesh Police stations in various places of the country
Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : (a) General Experience of the Tenderer in Building Construction Works shall be 05 (Five) years.(b) Reputed Contractors /Construction firms who have Specific Experience of work in successfully completion of at least 01 (one) number of Similar Works completed within the last 5 (five) years in Government/Semi Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh, with a value of at least Tk. 680.00 (Six Hundred and Eighty) Lac in a single contract.(c) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 950.00 (Nine Hundred and Fifty) Lac over the last 5 (Five) years. A summary sheet of last five years Turnover to be submitted with all supporting documents. For Turnover calculation, Financial Year wise payment Certificate from Concerned PE is required.(d) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capitals or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 210.00 (Two Hundred and Ten) Lac and Certificate of unconditional Liquid Asset must be submitted in prescribed form i.e. in e-PW3-8 form published by BPPA.(e) The minimum capacity shall be: Tk. 800.00 (Eight Hundred) Lac. To calculate minimum tender capacity, the tenderers have to submit list of certified payment for ongoing or completed contract as Specified in TDS.(f)The intending tenderers must enclose VA...
